A fun and gentle mindful movement class for older women. This class is mainly chair-based with some standing and strengthening exercise. We start seated and move through a series of gentle stretches to warm and open the body, before moving into some stronger standing based work to strengthen and gently challenge balance. Participants range in age from 60's - 80's.
All classes run on a 6 weekly cycle and cost £10 for a drop-in or £40 for 6 weeks. Please contact me for further details.

1 - 1 Yoga
Personalised one-to-one yoga is a powerful way to begin or deepen your yoga practice. Every body is different and a 1-1 session is specifically tailored to your requirements so you can focus on exactly what you need to refine your relationship with yoga and yourself.
After the 12 April 2021, 1-1 Yoga sessions will once again become available in person - hurrah! They will continue to remain available online.
Private Group Yoga
Perfect for a small group of friends / work colleagues who would like to experience a tailored yoga class without coming to a generic public class. Private Group Yoga is available for a minimum of 3 people. Home service may be available depending upon location and subject to an additional fee.
